USA Orders We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. What you order (item weight), and where you are located determine the shipping rate. At checkout you can choose what carrier and how fast you want to receive your items. Orders placed before 12 noon PST ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays will ship the following business day. International Orders We ship via Priority Mail International. It is a reliable, cost-effective way to send our products to over 180 countries. 6 to 10 average business day delivery to major destinations.
Return Policy
If we made a mistake with your order, email beachncandles@gmail.com with your Order# and let us know the issue. If it’s our mistake, we will cover all shipping charges and send you a shipping label to return the wrong item. If you would like to return or exchange for another reason, email beachncandles@gmail.com. We will provide you with an RA# and then you send it back to us. You are responsible for any additional shipping costs. Upon receipt we can issue you a credit or refund.
