A pair of high quality AUS10 blades, forged in Japan, and featuring handcrafted scales made from stabilized red palm and recycled skateboards with dyed maple veneer liners.
The scales have been finished with a polymerized oil based finish normally used for rifle stocks, and hand polished to a luxurious sheen and amazing feel.
larger chefs knife has a 7 1/2″ blade and measures 12 1/2″ in length.
smaller santoku blade is 5″ and 9 1/4″ in length.

this is a handmade item, and is NOT dishwasher safe. hand wash and dry only. care for it well, and it will last you a lifetime.
