Shipping Policy
All orders will ship within 24-48hrs, so the shipping service level does not apply until the package has shipped. All web orders are processed and shipped within 24-48hrs (excluding weekends and holidays.) Shipments will be between Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST – No shipments will be made outside of these hours. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. With all orders the shipping address must match the billing address. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. If the merchandise you have selected is out of stock, you will be notified via email. We currently do not offer Saturday delivery.
Return Policy
20 day return policy. Item(s) must be returned within 20 days of the order date. Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received. Item(s) must have all tags, including original packaging materials. The customer is in agreement that they are responsible for all original outgoing shipping costs and all shipping costs on items that are returned.
