Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lotus Skate Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there any delays in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship only to a physical addresses, sorry, no P.O. boxes. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Lotus Skate Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Lotus Skate Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return Policy

All sales are final. In some cases we may accept returns for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the item to alert us of the your request, we will then decide if the request to return or refund will be granted. If the request is granted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
