It’s finally here! We’ve partnered with shopify so store’s can now import their products from their shopify store directly to SellerDoor. This was one of our most requested features. Below is a step by step video and guide to importing your products.

1. Login to your shopify account and click the “apps” link in the left side bar.

2. Click the “Manage Private Apps” link at the bottom of the apps page.

3.Click the “Create a new private app” button.

4. Enter “SellerDoor” in the Private app name and enter “info@thesellerdoor.com” in the Emergency Developer email. You can leave all the permissions as “Read access”.

5. The “Allow this app to access your storefront data using the Storefront API” needs to be checked.

6. Click save to create the app.

7. After creating the app, you will see that the api credentials have been created for you.

8. Log into your SellerDoor vendor account and navigate to the “Shopify Migration” page found under the “My Store” nav link. Copy the “API Key” from Shopify and paste it in the “Shopify Api Key” input on the “Shopify Migration” page. Click the “Save and Continue” button.

9. You will see a list of all the products imported from your Shopify store. You can import all, or choose which products you’d like to import. For this example, we are going to import all products. Click the “Select All” link.

10. Each product you choose to import requires that you add a domestic, and international shipping cost, as well as a product category. Our shipping system and product categories are not compatible with Shopify’s. If you’d like to offer free shipping for a product, leave the shipping field blank. Click the “Start Import Process” when you are finished adding shipping and categories values.
